Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Welcome to Tree Doctor 911 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of treedoctor911usa.com (the "Site") and any tree care, removal, trimming, emergency, or related services (the "Services") we provide. By accessing the Site or requesting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Services
Tree Doctor 911 provides tree care and related services, including but not limited to tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency storm response, and consultations. Service availability, scope, and pricing are provided on a per-job basis and may vary depending on location, tree condition, accessibility, and other site-specific factors. Any estimate provided is not a final invoice unless expressly stated as such in writing.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the information and site access available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if actual site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, if additional work is required, or if the customer requests changes to the scope of work. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any pricing changes before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled subject to weather conditions, crew and equipment availability, and emergency prioritization. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe working conditions, including severe weather. Customers who need to cancel or reschedule are asked to provide reasonable advance notice; late cancellations may be subject to a service fee where applicable.
4. Property Access and Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work site, including disclosing any underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other hazards known to the customer. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or improperly marked underground utilities or structures.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided at the time of estimate or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the Services. Late payments may be subject to interest or collection fees as permitted by applicable New Mexico law.
6. Insurance and Liability
Tree Doctor 911 carries insurance coverage appropriate to tree care operations. While we take industry-standard precautions to protect property, tree work carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency services (e.g., storm damage response) are provided on a best-effort, priority basis. Response times cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of emergency demand, weather, and road conditions.
8. Website Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity when requesting a quote or service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tree Doctor 911 or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Doctor 911 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
